About the role

We are an Aveda salon seeking a motivated and inspired full-time stylist to join our team. The position involves assisting and shadowing senior stylists, completing Aveda salon education and in-salon training courses, and eventually taking clients on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist and shadow senior stylists
• Complete Aveda salon education and in-salon training courses
• Eventually take clients on the floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hair styling and Aveda philosophy

Qualifications

• Experience in a salon setting is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
