Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry (item setup) in different ERP systems. Item setup information includes costing, coding, shipping information and other style attributes
  • Ensure consistency in the quality work while meeting performance metrics in assigned work areas while creating a positive customer experience
  • Cross check or troubleshoot information: once items are created, double check for accuracy by pulling an item report and correct any errors
  • Communicate with cross functional departments (ex: Sales, Production, Logistics, Merchandising, Order Management/EDI) to verify item information
  • Collaborate with leaders/team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma and 1-2 years’ experience in apparel industry and experience in ERP systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills as required for effective interpersonal communication with clients and other employees
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and a complex workload seamlessly with keen attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to working independently and collaboratively under critical time frames, anticipating needs, be resourceful and function with professional discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company
