Style Advisor, Westchester

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art locations in Westchester (Armonk, Mamaroneck, and Scarsdale). Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goals). Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products.
• Operational Excellence: Understands and upholds all loss prevention and inventory management policies. Ensures personal comprehension of all communication and training materials. Assists Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
• Product & Presentation: Assists Shop MOD in maintaining brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and adherence to the Shop dress code. Maintains excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail.
• Hardworking, diligent, with honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Availability to work a varied schedule based on business needs.

Pay

$17.00/hr depending on shop volume and location.
