About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people.
Responsibilities
- Raise aspirations and performance among young people with specific care and educational needs.
- Provide a high standard of support to individual students.
- Work in a new, purpose-built campus within a focused and driven team.
- Deliver A Levels and Level 3 Applied General qualifications.
Requirements
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment.
- Willingness to undertake further training relevant to the post.

College Support Staff Band E, £21,582 - £22,646 pro-rata (£25,558 - £26,818 FTE)
