Study Manager, Toxicology

For our client, we are seeking a Study Manager, Toxicology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee toxicology study execution within a drug development environment, coordinating closely with internal subject matter experts and external research partners. The position will help ensure studies are designed, monitored, and documented to support high-quality decision-making and regulatory readiness. It requires strong cross-functional coordination, attention to scientific quality, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across research and development activities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Design study protocols with external research partners and internal experts to meet study objectives Monitor day-to-day toxicology study activities to ensure project goals are met Review study protocols and reports for quality assurance alongside toxicologists Coordinate study activities across various departments and external research partners Participate in the preparation and review of regulatory submissions Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries Strong knowledge of GLP regulations and ICH/FDA guidelines for drug development Proficient in data analysis and result generation, including tables and graphs Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders effectively Benefits Competitive cash compensation package Robust equity awards included in compensation Strong benefits package beyond base salary Opportunities for significant learning and development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
