Studio Manager - The Exercise Coach - Jacksonville

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, measurable one-on-one and small-group strength and mobility sessions using TEC methodology and Exerbotics technology
• Build trusting long-term client relationships
• Sell memberships and packages to clients
• Monitor and track KPIs such as retention, conversion, and NPS
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and cleaning
• Hire, train, and develop the coaching team
• Collaborate with the owner on monthly goals and business expansion
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive studio culture
• Handle client accounts, payments, communications, and administrative duties

Requirements

• Leadership, management, or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Interest in health, fitness, and wellness
• Availability for full-time hours with schedule flexibility
• Personal training certification is a plus, not required
• Experience in sales or customer service is a strong advantage
• Required: CPR/AED; TEC + Nutrition Playbook certifications; authorization to work in the USA; availability for early mornings/evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Core skills: passion for health, strong communication, people skills, professionalism, reliability
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish; personal training certification or degree in exercise science/kinesiology; experience with mobility, stretching/PNF, sales, coaching, customer service, or healthcare; experience with older adults or clients with limitations
