About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and develop creative solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design development.
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of green building standards and LEED certification.

Pay
