Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize lead flow and conversion
- Monitor, track, and report sales KPIs with monthly performance reviews alongside the studio owner
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support sales team success
- Create a positive, high-energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results
- Build strong relationships with members and the local community to promote retention and referrals
- Implement follow-up systems to enhance member satisfaction and engagement
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute local outreach, community events, and partnerships
- Support the long-term financial health of the studio through intelligent, data-driven decision-making
