Studio Manager

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Perspire Sauna Studio West McKinney. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win, acting as a hands-on role model and providing continuous feedback.
• Work directly with guests frequently—this is not a non-selling “office” job.
• Manage details and deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals (results will be validated).
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the ability to inspire people.
• Open availability, as our locations operate early mornings and late evenings, 7 days a week.
• A history of excellence—demonstrated by a track record of never settling for “just OK.”
