Studio Manager

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Culebra Commons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Work with guests—all the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
• Mind the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Open availability—our locations open early and close late 7 days a week.
• A history of excellence—a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK.”
