Studio Lead - Winter Park

About the role

The Studio Lead will oversee the creative direction and day-to-day operations of the Winter Park studio. They will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all projects align with the brand’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creative direction and project management for the Winter Park studio
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies
• Manage the workflow and resources of the studio team
• Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative agency or similar environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of branding and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with AI tools to support creative processes

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
