The Studio Lead at JETSET will be responsible for overseeing creative projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with the design team to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide junior designers in their work
• Oversee the creative direction and execution of studio projects
• Collaborate with the design team to refine and enhance designs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
