Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative direction and execution of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a leadership role within a design firm or agency
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and client work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
