Studio Lead - Edwardsville

About the role

The Studio Lead will oversee the creative direction and execution of projects within the studio. They will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all projects align with the brand’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on design concepts
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative agency or similar environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
