About the role

As the Studio Lead, you will manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality, maintaining client satisfaction, driving profitability, mitigating risks, fostering growth, managing projects, and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the operations of an architecture studio
• Support the architectural team and ensure the smooth functioning of projects
• Represent the Company in all external and internal interface opportunities
• Demonstrate and exemplify the company Values, Morals and Ethics to include staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractor interface
