About the role

The Studio Host is an on-site role located in East Cobb, GA, available full-time or part-time. The Studio Host welcomes clients, manages check-in and check-out, and ensures a smooth and friendly experience throughout each visit.

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries and explain services
• Book and confirm appointments
• Handle point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and treatment preparation areas
• Restock products and supplies
• Support facial specialists with room turnover and laundry as needed
• Assist with retail product education and light sales support
• Participate in studio events or promotions to strengthen client relationships and studio visibility

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally and warmly with clients and team members
• Sales and basic product education skills to support retail recommendations and service bookings
• Training and coaching skills to help onboard new team members and uphold service standards
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work a consistent schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfort using scheduling and POS software, handling payments, and managing basic administrative tasks
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to studio policies and hygiene standards
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or retail environments is beneficial but not required
• Genuine interest in skincare and client care is strongly preferred

Schedule

Full-time or part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
