Studio Coordinator

About the role

Iron Moe's Tattoos is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Studio Coordinator to join our team. The Studio Coordinator plays an important role in keeping the client-facing and day-to-day operations of our studio running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can stay organized and productive in a fun, fast-paced, and social environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients
• Assist with client checkout and payments
• Answer phone calls, texts, website inquiries, and general client questions
• Ensure client paperwork is completed accurately
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby
• Monitor common areas for immediate needs
• Restock and organize shared studio supplies
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Monitor inventory and prepare restock lists
• Assist artists with tattoo setup and turnover when time permits
• Handle day-to-day client and operational needs
• Complete assigned administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate operational checklists and records
• Handle minor maintenance cleaning as needed during operating hours

Requirements

• Must have weekend availability
• Is dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
• Can prioritize tasks and work independently
• Is comfortable in a busy, social workplace
• Can balance being part of a close-knit team with staying focused on their role
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude with clients and coworkers
• Takes pride in creating a great client experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, administration, hospitality, retail, salon/spa operations, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
