Studio Associate, Part Time - Burrow

Sales

• Experience in a sales environment (furniture/home décor preferred)
• Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience
• Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team selling environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems as well as e-commerce platforms
• Available to work a schedule that reflects the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, demonstrate furniture assembly, and maneuver effectively around sales floor
• A passion for furniture, interior design, and quality
• Take pride in strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and confident in your ability to offer exceptional service to every customer
• Innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and a team player
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to tell a story and create a descriptive image that allows others to visualize your ideas
