About the Role

The Boathouse Supervisor oversees staff scheduling, training, and policy enforcement in accordance with Raven Recreation policies. This role also involves direct customer service, including waterfront equipment check-in/out, maintaining the boathouse space, and organizing equipment. The supervisor is responsible for enforcing water safety policies such as life vest requirements and fishing licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and policy enforcement
• Provide customer service for waterfront equipment check-in/out
• Maintain boathouse space and equipment organization
• Enforce water safety policies (e.g., life vests, fishing licenses)

Requirements

• Previous waterfront experience is beneficial
• Ability to enforce policy is required

Schedule

Work days: Sunday - Saturday
Hours per week: 19 hours
