Responsibilities

• Aid customers by answering questions, providing product information, and guiding them to desired merchandise.
• Stock and organize shelves to maintain product availability and store presentation standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at University of Missouri - St. Louis.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes.
