IT Fab System Technician

Responsibilities

• Support project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas: Fab-related system operation/troubleshooting
• Prompt engagement with fab users to meet business purposes
• Follow standard procedures to conduct system changes
• Conduct research and adopt new IT technologies to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to address business needs and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Network Engineering, Programming and Software Development, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis.
• Technical Skills: Strong communication skills. Proficient in SQL skill at an intermediate or advanced level. Industry certifications such as Java/Python/JavaScript, LLM, or Machine Learning, are preferred. Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across diverse IT systems and environments.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Need to be able to work night shifts (6pm to 6am).

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with a broad IT knowledge base, are essential for success.
