Responsibilities
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
- Replenishes food items and maintains appropriate stock levels
- Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Must have or acquire food safety certification
- Demonstrates guest service skills
This role may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, as well as wearing uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
