Student Worker - Food Service or Catering

Role: Student Food Service Worker responsible for preparing, displaying, and serving food in residential and retail dining areas. Key Duties: Maintain clean work stations, sanitize equipment, follow food safety procedures, sample food before serving, greet and assist customers with politeness, escalate concerns, communicate professionally, record temperatures, cook and portion food, answer menu questions, assist with station setup and breakdown, manage waste, transfer supplies, cross-train in other areas, and complete tasks as directed. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, lift up to 25 lbs frequently up to 30 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and work with chemicals, heated equipment, and steam.
