Student Technology Center Technician
Summary of Job Duties
The Student Technology Center Technician assists students, using hardware/software. This position will be working closely with students, staff, and faculty and requires good customer service. Assist with answering technical questions, as well as be expected to troubleshoot issues. There will also be equipment that is checked out to students, faculty, and staff. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or formal education equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Prior customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of personal computers and the functions of the software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Salary Information: $11.00/hr
