Responsibilities
- Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success Factors
- Aid in the coordination and management of all functions and activities surrounding the student experience
- Maintain accuracy and detail in records of student life cycle in school management database
- Conduct regular audits of student files to ensure compliance
- Enter and manage daily attendance to ensure accuracy and verification
- Monitor and maintain student grades for GPA compliance
- Manage placement, graduation, and State Board pass rates for NACCAS
- Participate in career fairs and coordinate fair planning
- Communicate with salons and spas regarding student placement
- Perform assigned duties and additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, psychology, human resources, or related field preferred
- Prior professional experience in social services, human resources, or related fields
- Self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with resumes, professional networks, and organizational roles
- Ability to set and achieve goals, implement decisions, and work under strict deadlines
Travel Requirements
The team member must be able to travel locally to events and for out-of-state training as necessary.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Sit at a desk with a computer for up to eight (8) hours per day
- Use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms
- Walk, sit, stand, balance, stoop, speak, and hear
- See a computer screen and read paper and electronic documents
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
- Tolerate a minimal to moderate noise level typical of a corporate office setting
