Student Success Coordinator
This role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform connecting students with institutions and advising on program selection and enrollment. The Student Success Coordinator focuses on student and program administration, ensuring accurate coordination without guaranteeing admission, visas, immigration, or employment outcomes.
About the role
The Student Success Coordinator maintains a clear distinction between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while performing student-success-focused coordination. All actions must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the platform’s workflow.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile student-success-focused coordination with program coordination, ensuring traceability and ownership in the context of international education and study/work-abroad programs.
- Coordinate work and study travel job role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review enrollment support with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are documented and actionable.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain compliance and clarity in student-success-focused coordination.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standards
Strong student-success coordination ensures student and program administration remains usable under the demands of international education. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.
Skills
- Use workflow context and student services confidently within the platform’s international education framework.
- Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, relying on confirmation rather than assumptions.
- Combine program coordination, issue escalation, and exception tracking to ensure work remains current and actionable.
