Student Success Advisor

The Role

As a Student Success Advisor, you'll play a critical role in helping students navigate their academic journey with confidence. Through coaching, proactive outreach, and meaningful relationship-building, you'll help students overcome challenges, stay engaged, and move steadily toward graduation and a rewarding career in healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Guide students with course planning, scheduling, study strategies, and academic success skills
• Coach students in professionalism, accountability, academic integrity, and university expectations
• Provide proactive outreach and individualized support to help students stay on track toward their goals
• Identify students who may be experiencing challenges and connect them with appropriate resources and interventions
• Maintain compliance with FERPA and university policies and procedures
• Document student interactions accurately within university systems
• Communicate with students through phone, email, text, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two to three years of experience in advising, student services, customer success, coaching, education, healthcare, or a related field
• Higher education experience strongly preferred
