Core Responsibilities

• Support plant IT and manufacturing systems by assisting with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of applications used on the shop floor (e.g., scanning systems, quality gates, production tracking).
• Afford assistance with data validation, reporting, and basic system updates to help ensure accuracy of production and quality information.
• Participate in small improvement projects, including updating documentation, helping test enhancements, and supporting process improvements across IT and operations teams.

Required Skills / Education / Experience

• Currently enrolled in high school or college with interest in Information Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, general troubleshooting, or familiarity with applications).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to programming, databases, or tools such as Power Apps, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or process improvement.
