Responsibilities
- Manages the PhD Recruitment and Advising team within the Life Sciences hub
- Develops and implements program goals and strategies
- Solves problems referred by subordinates or other staff
- Provides policy interpretation and technical consultation as required
- Manages the storage and maintenance of student records and data
- Maintains detailed records of program activities
- Plans and administers communications programs to publicize student services
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, specifically working with student support services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning, development, and implementation of advising models
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,100 - $97,850.

The USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences is seeking a Student Services Manager in the Academic Service Hub. The largest and oldest of the USC schools, USC Dornsife functions as the academic core of the university, offering courses and advancing knowledge across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
