We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting: Title: Student Services Coordinator (but we shouldn't repeat title as heading). Provide sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (essential functions), "Requirements" (minimum qualifications), "Qualifications" maybe overlapping, "Skills" (knowledge, skills, abilities), "Benefits" (maybe not present), "Pay" (salary range), "Schedule" (hours per day, days per year, office hours). Also location maybe not needed. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, navigation, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Let's extract: - Salary Range: $119,116 - $146,423/yr - Hours per Day: 8.0 - Days per Year: 260 - Office Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm - Summary Of Assignment: Under the general direction... (the paragraph). That's about the role. - Essential Functions: list of bullet points (multiple). We'll put under Responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program. Washington State social work licensure (or eligibility). Minimum three years experience in school social work, child welfare, Foster Care, McKinney-Vento implementation, or related field. Experience providing professional development, systems consultation, and interagency collaboration preferred. - Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list many items. - Certification and Licenses: Current Valid Washington State Social Worker License in good standing. Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance. Ability to obtain and maintain access to JBLM in compliance with the REAL ID Act and all applicable installation access requirements. Successful fingerprint and background check. - Desirable Qualifications: Previous social work in a public school district setting. We need to decide sections: "About the role" (summary). "Responsibilities" (essential functions). "Requirements" (minimum qualifications + certification/licenses maybe). "Skills" (knowledge, skills, abilities). "Pay" (salary range). "Schedule" (hours per day, days per year, office hours). Possibly "Qualifications" could be combined with Requirements; but we can have both if distinct. However guidelines: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, certifications, desirable qualifications. Skills separate. We must not include sections with placeholder text. All sections have real content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Let's craft:

    Pay

    Salary Range - $119,116 - $146,423/yr

    Schedule

    Hours per Day - 8.0; Days per Year - 260; Office Hours - 7:30am - 4:30pm

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Apply on website", "You need to sign in", etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: The "Ability to adhere to Clover Park School District policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations." appears twice in skills list; we can keep once but it's okay. We should ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The summary paragraph we captured. The essential functions we captured as list. The minimum qualifications we captured. Certification and licenses we captured. Desirable qualification we captured. The knowledge, skills, abilities we captured as list. Pay and schedule captured. We didn't include location (McChord Air Force Base, WA) maybe not needed but could be included in About the role? The location is not a heading; we could add a short paragraph about location but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include location if it's substantive. The location appears in the posting: "Location McChord Air Force Base, WA". Should we include it? Probably yes. Where to put? Could be in About the role paragraph or a separate "Location" section but we only have predefined headings; we could add a

after About the role. Since we are not forced to use only those headings, we can add other paragraphs as needed. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. those). It might be okay to add other headings but better to stick to those. However location is substantive; we could incorporate it into About the role paragraph: "Located at McChord Air Force Base, WA, the Student Services Social Worker..." Let's edit About the role to include location. Also the job title is Student Services Coordinator but the description mentions Student Services Social Worker. The title maybe mismatch but we keep as is. We also have "Closing date Sep 30, 2026". That's substantive; maybe include in About the role or a separate meta paragraph. Could add a short paragraph after About the role: "Closing date: Sep 30, 2026." But we should not create a heading for minor metadata; we can fold into a short

. So we can add a paragraph after About the role: "

    Closing date: Sep 30, 2026.

" That is acceptable. Also "
