Student Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Confer with and advise students on academic, disciplinary, and related issues.
• Aid the Dean/Program Supervisors in maintaining a secure and educational environment.
• Manage the student tutoring program and assist at-risk students with academic deficiencies.
• Oversee activities to improve student retention and satisfaction, providing feedback to campus management.
• Establish and maintain current community resource center information in the library to address student issues.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
