What We Look For in Future Student Safety Analyst Hires

• Experience in content moderation, digital safety, or alert monitoring
• The ability to analyze written or image-based content and identify safety risks
• Familiarity with K–12 student behavior, wellness issues, and sensitive topics
• Comfort working with AI-generated alerts and escalation protocols
• Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly and accurately in urgent situations
• PREFERRED: Backgrounds in education, social work, law enforcement, psychology, or EdTech support
