Student Rights and Responsibilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with local, state, and federal compliance requirements.
• Serves on institutional committees, task forces, and teams as assigned and appropriate.
• Assists in the management and administration of the student conduct process, including the investigation, adjudication, documentation, and resolution of conduct cases and the maintenance of all relevant conduct records in the conduct system database.
• Provides training on conduct systems and maintains/distributes Student Code of Conduct policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field is preferred.
• Additional training and education in the applicable administrative field is desirable.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience is required, preferably within an institution of higher education.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience in student conduct administration, restorative and behavioral intervention practices, mentoring and educational programming, along with experience in higher education software systems is preferred.
• Occasional evening and weekend availability.

Benefits

The minimum annual salary for this position is $68,361. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours required to support College programs and events.
