Position Announcement Utah Valley University is seeking a student to provide research and administrative support to the department. Summary Of Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gathering, compiling, cleaning, and/or entering data.Assisting with transcription and/or coding of qualitative data.Assisting in programming, coordinating, and conducting survey research, focus groups, and other data collection efforts.Cleaning and analyzing data.Assisting in producing, cleaning, and analyzing data files.Producing summaries of data from data sets. Assists with the department’s social media posts and digital signs Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications High school diploma or equivalent educationMust be a current UVU student Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Good verbal and written communication skills.Good telephone, email, and customer service skills.Attention to detail.Professionalism.Organizational skills.Computer skills (Internet, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Good work ethic/self-motivated.Ability to be a team player.Ability to interact and communicate in person and on the phone with college studentsWillingness to try/learn new things.Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media.
