About the role
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist (SRNA) to join their Inpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston Salem, NC. The position offers a competitive salary range of $99.75 - $159.60, up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives, and up to $75,000 in forgivable loan assistance.
Responsibilities
- Uses medical decision-making skills to determine appropriate patient care plan to ensure peri-operative and anesthesia care, being sensitive to co-morbidities and age & developmental guidelines.
- Collaborates with medical team when needed for effective team-based care;
- Uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, and promote infection prevention within job responsibilities and initiatives.
- Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care.
- Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to cost containment efforts by conserving resources.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an eligible CRNA program.
- Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse clinical teams.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in North Carolina.
