Job Responsibilities
- Preparing communications related to academic standing and academic honors
- Correcting enrollment file errors
- Maintaining the degree audit system
- Coordination of graduation application processing
- Supporting commencement planning and event preparation
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access, or similar software
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to ethical communication practices
- Valid driver's license and safe driving history are required
Additional Comments
- Must have ability to understand University policy and demonstrate professional standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Must be able to identify priorities and demonstrate ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
