Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing communications related to academic standing and academic honors
  • Correcting enrollment file errors
  • Maintaining the degree audit system
  • Coordination of graduation application processing
  • Supporting commencement planning and event preparation

Minimum And Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access, or similar software
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to ethical communication practices
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving history are required

Additional Comments

  • Must have ability to understand University policy and demonstrate professional standards
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to identify priorities and demonstrate ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
