Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital opened on Jan. 24, 1955 as a 238-bed community hospital. Today, the hospital is a 1,101-bed major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations. Scope of Work
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Under direct or indirect supervision of a registered radiographer, performs diagnostic imaging procedures. Assume responsibility and maintains the general care and safety of patients during imaging procedures. Assures equipment/supplies are present and accounted for at beginning and end of each imaging procedure. Under direct or indirect supervision of a registered radiographer, coordinates and performs routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, portable x-rays, trauma and surgery procedures according to established standards and practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Required 1 year of relevant experience completed the first year of an accredited imaging program
- Prior CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- Prior OrCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
