Student Radiology Tech (Jackson)
Job Summary
The Student Radiology Tech provides patient care services working with diagnostic radiology technologists. Helps perform exams/procedures utilizing Radiograph Equipment as prescribed by physicians. Applies principals of radiation protection. Provides patient care essential to diagnostic radiology procedures.
Job Details And Requirements
- Type: Part Time (32 hours per 2 week pay period, without benefits)
- Typical hours for this position: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm
Education
- Active student of an AMA accredited radiologic technology program and eligible to take ARRT registry, at time of graduation.
- BLS certified.
Certification & Licensures
- BLS Certification
Experience
- Competency in the science and art of radiologic technology.
