We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract relevant info. Job posting: Title: Student Program and Scholarship Coordinator. Already shown, we don't repeat. We have location: Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States. Not needed as heading unless we include in About the role? Could include in a paragraph. We have "Closing at: Oct 26 2026 - 23:55 MDT" - metadata, can be short p. Contact: Christopher Aiken, (575) 646-4296, aiken@nmsu.edu - metadata. Department: College of Health, Education and Social Transformation. Position Details: includes many details: Position Title, College/Division, Department, Location, Offsite Location (if applicable): none, Target Hourly/Salary Rate: $17.85, Appointment Full-time Equivalency: 1.0, FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Bargaining Unit Announcement: This is a bargaining unit position with AFSCME. Contingent Upon Funding: Not Applicable. Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5). If Not a Standard Work Schedule (none). So we have Pay: $17.85 hourly. Schedule: Standard M-F 8-5. Benefits: Not explicitly listed. Could infer from university but not stated; we should not create Benefits unless posting actually states them. So omit Benefits section. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not stated. Omit. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: High School diploma + 3 years relevant experience or Associate's + 1 year. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Also Special Certification/Licensure? Not given. Working Conditions and Physical Effort: typical office, limited physical effort, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing/walking >4 hrs per day, risk limited. We can put Requirements section for required qualifications, and Qualifications for preferred? The instructions: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can combine required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. Or we could have Requirements for required education/experience, Qualifications for preferred and certifications. We'll decide. Responsibilities: list duties. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, recruitment summary (the long paragraph about NMSU), special instructions to applicants, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. We need to keep substantive info: duties, responsibilities, qualifications, pay, schedule, work conditions, bargaining unit, etc. We should not include the long recruitment summary about NMSU (the paragraph about land-grant, etc.) as it's boilerplate? It's descriptive but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The recruitment summary about NMSU is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but it's not required to preserve? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The recruitment summary is substantive about the institution; but it's likely considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO etc. Not explicitly to remove recruitment summary. However earlier they said "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The recruitment summary is not those. It might be considered part of the job posting but not essential to the role. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it unless it's clearly boilerplate. But it's quite long and generic; maybe they'd consider it boilerplate. Safer to keep? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine into About the role section. We could include a short About the role paragraph summarizing the department and institution, but we must not invent. We can include the recruitment summary as is, but that's long. Might be okay. But we also have "Advertising Summary: The College of Health, Education and Social Transformation seeks a Student Program and Scholarship Coordinator position. This is a 12-month full-time administrative position requiring on-campus, in-person leadership." That's substantive. Thus we can have About the role: include advertising summary and maybe department. Check we didn't include Benefits, Skills. We included Working Conditions paragraph under Qualifications; that's okay. We preserved all substantive info: advertising summary, responsibilities, required education, preferred, working conditions, pay, schedule, bargaining unit, location, closing date, contact. We omitted recruitment summary about NMSU (the long paragraph). That might be considered substantive but we omitted; risk of violating "preserve ALL substantive information". However the instruction also said remove boilerplate etc. The recruitment summary about NMSU is promotional but not boilerplate per se. However it's quite long and generic; but it's still info about the institution. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include it in About the role as a paragraph. But we already have About the role with advertising summary and bargaining unit. Adding the recruitment summary would make it long but still okay. We need to decide: keep or omit? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The recruitment summary is none of those. So we should keep it. However the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a long paragraph may be okay. Thus we should include the recruitment summary text (starting "We are New Mexico’s land-grant institution...") as part of About the role. Let's include that paragraph after the advertising summary. We must ensure not to duplicate. We'll include it as a

under About the role. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: advertising summary and the recruitment summary. Let's copy the recruitment summary exactly as in the posting: "We are New Mexico’s land-grant institution and a comprehensive research university dedicated to teaching, research public service and outreach at all levels. NMSU is a welcoming community of talented faculty, staff and students who are working together to make a difference. We are a NASA Space Grant College, a Hispanic-serving institution (HSI), a minority-serving institution (MSI) and home to the first Honors College in New Mexico.
