About the role
We are looking for someone to serve in a combined role of Student Pastor and Worship Pastor.
Responsibilities
- Leading our Wednesday Night Student worship service
- Supervising and leading our Youth Sunday School teachers
- Training leaders to serve in Student Ministry
- Helping develop plans to disciple students and to encourage and equip parents of students to disciple their children at home
- Watching over the student ministry budget and planning out the year's activities for missions and discipleship for the Student Ministry
- Leading the church in worship on Sunday mornings
- P Practicing with our worship team
- Leading in worship the first Sunday night of each month, our Good Friday Service, and our Christmas Eve Service
Requirements
Because this is a pastoral role, it would be limited to men meeting the biblical requirements of a pastor as laid out in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
