About the role
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking students to gain meaningful work experience as an intern with their Learning & Development team for the Fall 2026 semester. There may be potential for future semesters contingent upon approval.
Common Duties
- Aid in business activities and processes
- Participate and contribute in team meetings, presentations, and projects
- Research emerging trends, data analysis, and evaluate options
- Generate reports, promotional materials, and other work products
- Serve internal and external customers
Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate (junior or senior) or Master's student at an accredited college/university majoring in I/O Psychology or closely related discipline
- Understanding of Learning ROI and basic understanding of design/consulting principles and organizational development
- Colege transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable)
- In good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred)
- Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week; Hybrid schedule eligible (varies by role)
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software
Starting Pay
Begins at $18 per hour and is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
