About the Program

At Newell Brands, you'll be part of a high-performing, values-driven company that is passionate about winning. Each of our North America Career Acceleration & Mentorship Program interns has a Career Acceleration Main Project – an initiative they own for twelve weeks and present to company leaders at the end of the program. Every intern also has a manager and mentor to support them throughout their time at Newell, and opportunities to contribute to significant projects, participate in volunteer events and virtual and in-person networking activities, and gain meaningful experience. Intern Experiences

• Sofia, Research & Development Intern: “I am not just helping develop a current product or providing support to my segment but also working on something completely new. I am researching testing methods that haven't been widely used before, and it has been exciting to gain a sense of independence during my internship and call this project my own.”
• Alyson, Brand Management Intern: “From working cross-functionally with Consumer & Shopper Insights, Marketing Analytics, and Sales Planning to coming up with campaign ideas with fellow members of the Brand Activation team, I have gotten a chance to see many different sides of the business and how they all work together to deliver our products to consumers.”
