Targeted salary of $9.00/hour, based on education and experience. Work schedule: 10–20 hours per week within Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Supervisor will collaborate with the employee to create a schedule that accommodates their class schedule.
About the role
The student office assistant will perform a variety of tasks within the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Student Success and Advising Center (The Dodge).
Responsibilities
- Support front desk staff as needed in welcoming and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and monitoring the office email account.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Dodge staff.
- Distribute campus mail.
- Update calendars.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for various events related to the Student Success and Advising Center.
- Run occasional campus errands related to departmental operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
- Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status and a background check.
