Student Ministry Intern for the Summer of 2026

This is a paid, full-time internship with a possible housing option.

About the role

With supervision and support from the Director of Student Ministry, the Student Ministry Intern will engage in programming, discipleship, and administrative tasks to support the student ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming for summer activities
• Help plan and implement weekly student programs (Five:32, Sunday School, etc.)
• Carry out administrative and outreach tasks (e-mails, phone calls, etc.)
• Challenge students to higher levels of discipleship
• Assist with Student Sunday School at 9:30am on Sundays
• Attend 11:00am worship each Sunday
• Submit to a criminal background check
• Complete required safety training

Requirements

• Has been out of high school for at least two years
• Seeks a committed relationship with Jesus Christ and is committed to setting that example
• Has a passion for working with teenagers and is available to their needs
• Is self-motivated
• Has good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Schedule

• Work from Monday, May 17th through Sunday, August 9th
• Includes some evenings, weekends, and overnight trips
