Student - Library Processing Assistant

About the role
Process and label both new and older books with call numbers, ensuring materials are properly prepared for shelving and circulation. Additional duties include searching the library stacks for specific items and reviewing new books for any signs of damage. All work will take place in Howard-Tilton Library, where attention to detail and care for materials is essential. This is a great opportunity for students interested in library science, conservation, or simply contributing to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Tulane’s collections in excellent condition.
