About The Role
The Intern – Digital Experience Team - Product is part of the Digital Experience group, which supports the digital vision and strategy goals for Uniti. This position involves contributing to the development of new and improved products for Uniti's customer portals, ensuring they meet stakeholder and end-user needs, and collaborating with various teams.
What You’ll Do
- Work with other team members to deliver new functionalities in the customer portal on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Identify and help prioritize innovative product features that deliver a competitive advantage and an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams of developers, UI/UX professionals, graphic designers, QA experts, and marketers to drive product deliverables throughout the product cycle.
- Aid in executing digital marketing programs, including strategy, creative development, SEO, analytics, and reporting.
- Assist with competitive web and campaign activities and supply reports to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Participate in competitive reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, summarize information, and draft content, with appropriate human review and editing.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations.
- Develop proficiency in new technology applications quickly, including business systems and web applications.
- Participate in analyzing program performance and assisting in developing lessons learned for brand plans.
- Maintain digital project timelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Product marketing with IT technical skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall development, telecommunications industry, and managed services products.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS Office, and familiarity with other web-oriented coding and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with information architecture, usability, web graphics optimization, and content management systems.
- Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
- Strong writing, communication, project management, and customer service skills.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $15 to $20.
