Summary Of Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of guests and compliance with campus, state, and industry protocols.
• Verify correct tickets, help patrons locate seats, provide information on events.
• Assist in parking areas, clear arena, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

• Must be a current UVU Student.
• Graduation with a high school diploma or GED.
• Problem solving skills.
• Interpersonal verbal communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal procedures.
• Able to meet and work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
