Graduate Assistant position within the Department of Tropical Medicine & Infectious Disease to support administrative and communications needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare newsletters
- Manage social media and email outreach
- Assist with event logistics (ordering food, making coffee, event setup)
- Print flyers
- Provide general office support
Requirements
- Active enrollment as a graduate student at Tulane University
- Must not be enrolled in the Tropical Medicine program
- Federal Work Study Award (potentially required)
- Availability in the mornings, particularly on Mondays and Fridays
Pay
$15 per hour
Schedule
10–20 hours per week, available to begin immediately
