Student Exchange Ambassador - College Station area
iE‑USA is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit educational exchange organization founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strengthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world, believing that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We provide individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET). About the role
Help bring people together and make a real difference in the lives of teenagers, families, and communities worldwide. You can meet people from other countries and cultures, assist in finding caring host families, help families select the right exchange student, or support students and host families throughout their exchange experience—choose the way you want to contribute.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit caring host families in your local community.
- Assist host families in selecting the right exchange student for their family.
- Provide support to exchange students and host families during the exchange experience.
- Participate in training and ongoing one‑on‑one support sessions with the iE‑USA team.
Schedule
Commit as little as 2–5 hours per month.
