This position is based at our Aurora, CO campus — located in the Denver metro area.
Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive outreach via phone and email; conduct interviews to assess student goals and program fit following established guidelines.
- Manage the full enrollment lifecycle, responding to all inquiries and explaining healthcare education programs in detail.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage your applicant pipeline and monitor performance against key metrics.
- Analyze enrollment statistics and marketing data to inform outreach strategies.
- Represent PMI at recruitment events including job fairs and high school visits in the Aurora and greater Denver metro area.
- Facilitate campus tours at our Aurora campus and collaborate with the Financial Aid department to determine student eligibility.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal and state laws, accreditation requirements, and PMI policies.
- Participate in evening and weekend work rotations and local travel as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a KPI-driven role — admissions, education sales, student recruitment, account management, financial services, or similar fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
